We were able to achieve this:

  • Implementation of the company-specific learning and training platform “Assepro VermittlerAKADEMIE” based on a Moodle™ LTS version.

  • Developing annual training plans for the qualification of employees in cooperation with a certified adult education institute.

  • Production and implementation of live streaming events together with industry experts.

  • Carrying out learning success checks and reminding participants of deadlines.

  • Compliance cockpit for management to document further training for the supervisory authority.

Initial situation

Assepro employees advise corporate customers on a wide range of insurance solutions. Regular training is essential to ensure that they are always up to date. Insurance brokers are also subject to legal liability and training obligations and must provide evidence of further training. It should be possible to conduct live streaming events with large groups of participants via Microsoft Teams™ in conjunction with learning success checks. Participants should be automatically reminded of deadlines. Certificates should be issued to participants and also be available to sales management for documentation purposes.

Approach

  • Set-up of the Assepro online learning platform according to the specifications of the business and sales management.

  • Establishment of course groups depending on the type of further training required.

  • Roll-out of live streaming events in Microsoft Teams™. Integration into e-learning courses. Upload of documents and handouts from speakers for individual access by participants.

  • Installation of a satisfaction survey based on Lime-Survey™ for the automated evaluation of participant feedback.

  • Setting up and operating a support bot for participants.

Results of the project

  • Provision of the technical platform: Employees of Assepro Versicherungsmakler GmbH each have personalized access to their training courses.
  • Combination of Microsoft Teams™ with e-learning courses: Live streaming events were combined with online libraries for documents and e-learning courses for learning success checks to form event units.
  • Increased skills and satisfaction: The Assepro VermittlerAKADEMIE enables employees to manage all further training courses in one platform. Further training can be completed conveniently online.
